I help people understand what ongoing stress and overload are doing to their body and nervous system, and teach simple, practical ways to reduce that load.
Alongside that understanding, the sessions themselves are designed to help the body slow down. Many people experience deep relaxation, quiet, and a sense of restoration that has been missing for a long time.
People leave with tools they can use long after the session, the day, or the retreat ends.
Some people work with me one-to-one through private sessions or mentoring. Others book an intimate at-home retreat, attend a day retreat, or choose a residential retreat on the Isle of Wight. Businesses sometimes bring this work into the workplace to support staff wellbeing, reduce stress-related absence, or simply show their staff some appreciation.
